Invite me over to walk through the room you want to update. I will look at what you have, listen to what you want to achieve, and share what I envision. If you have items you want to incorporate or other rooms for me to “shop” from, we will look at those together. We will assess what homework you might need to perform prior to your Service Date so when I arrive for that appointment, I can spend my time making magic. We’ll also talk about your budget so any plans I prepare for you fall within your comfort zone.

Following your consultation, I will prepare a General Mood Board for you to depict what we talked about during consultation. (You may upgrade to a Custom Mood Board if you need need help visualizing scale or layout.)

This will allow me to prepare a budget for the total cost of the renovation, including materials, labor, and timeline.

Once approved, we will schedule your work to be done.

Zero Construction doesn’t limit us with color, texture, style and layout. This makeover can include paint, wallpaper, furniture, window treatments, decor, storage solutions, plants, even home stereo setup.

Dream spaces can be created with a little handywork and a whole lot of creativity. These makeovers are always the most bang for the buck and don’t require any construction chaos.
